SOLIDARITY TO RAJA PETRA

when this entry is publish, raja petra already jailed for 3 days...just becoz of his writting “Let’s send Altantuya’s murderers to hell”....and ok..first of all...i have to say i never read the article wrote by him which leads to his arrest...but the thing which i knew (been told me by the propaganda media)..the reason is bcoz he accused MALAS-ia deputy prime minister and his wife involve in the murder case of Altantuya.....so b'coz of that he been charged under "Section 4(1)(c) of the Sedition Act for publishing seditious article" which based on the "www.agc.gov.my/agc/oth/Akta/Vol.%201/Act%2015.pdf"
stated as "4.offenses
(1) Any person who (c)prints, publishes, sells, offers for sale, distributes or
reproduces any seditious publication or shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable for a first offence to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both, and,
for a subsequent offence, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years; and any seditious publication found in the possession of the person or used in evidence at his trial shall be forfeited and may be destroyed or otherwise disposed of as the court directs."

i'm not a law person...but its clearly understood there any publication which contain seditious word can be charged under this section...

hmm but since i'm kindda person who have perspective thats "just becoz its law it doesnt make it right"..its make me see/view this things in such..ok..Raja Petra Kamaruddin (RPK), wrote sumthing about the killing of altantuya which still pending the trial..since its involving "high profile" cases and individuals...which maybe his attention when he wrote the article is to get a justice for this poor women which will miss her b'day celebration this year and the mother's day celebration with her only child..in mongolia.. this year since she been killed here in malaysia a'ha just a reminder -not just be killed but also brutally murdered...with a lot of explosives..C4 and hand grenades..huiyooo....thats brutals!!..
and b'coz of this article he shift malaysian focus back to the cases since you know la malaysian very easy to forget everything maa...hehe..
and so maybe sum of my reader (if there are) hehe..think what on earth this fella wrote about RPK..and solidarity with him since this RPK now already paid his fines...ok..what i really wanted to discuss here is not b'coz he refuse to pay the fines at first ..the think is..with the arrest of RPK..its may leads to many other bloggers arrest since now they got a case precedence for the case of "MALAS-ia GOV vs BLOGGERS"..and starts from now any publication of article which in the perspective of MALAS-ia GOV..is/are containing seditious content..be ready to face the new sword of SECTION 4(1) (c) subsection of ACT 15 sedition act 1948....

so my conclusion on Solidarity to RPK..

• maybe the content of his article is true thats why people's mentioned in article piss off
• maybe the content is not true.
• at least it shift back the malaysian focus back to the case..
• its again true that here in the country called malas-ia and in the world in general..there is not such thing as freedom..as i quote from Jean Jacques Rosseau in his book the social contract 1972 "man is born free and yet he is everywhere in chain"

thats all...hopefully i'm still writting after this before any forces comes and seize my laptop..hahahhahahah and charged me under act 15...and if that happened i hope any one can tell me where can i insured my house automatic gates since if they wanna break in into my house they have to break it...and its not cheap u know...my mom spend a lot of money on that gate hahahaha....
